Our service offerings, including third-party services, are subject to change without notice and availability.
Our confirmation refers to a „price category“, unless specified otherwise.
The sale of lodging services takes place on behalf of the owner and the owner’s account.

Prices

Prices for our services are valid for the specified time period and include, unless otherwise specified, all auxiliary costs.
Prices for third-party services are based on the information by the service providers and are subject to change.

Prices do not include the visitor’s tax. This fee is to be paid separately.

Contract

Bookings – oral, by telephone, written, or via email – is an offer which becomes binding for both parties upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

Third-party services in arrangements

We try to book third-party services according to your wishes. Please excuse any possible changes.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm onwards and we ask our guests to depart by 11:00 am

Payment

We kindly ask you to pay cash or with your „ec-/Maestro-card“. Please excuse that when paying with “Master- / Visa Card” – due to the high extra costs for us – we charge a fee of 2% per bill, at least 5,00 €. If you use a gift certificate, please present the original upon arrival.

Cancellation

To avoid cancelation fees, we recommend purchasing a travel cancelation insurance.
Cancelation fees:
Up to 15 days prior to start date: 25,00 €
Up to 10 days prior to start date: 25% of the agreed price
Up to 5 days prior to start date: 50% of the agreed price
Afterwards, in case of early departure: 75% of the agreed price

Liability of the guest

You are liable for the payment of all services used and, as codebtor, for damages caused during your stay.
