Bad Saarow
Bad Saarow is located in a stunningly beautiful area of Brandenburg. The ridge of the “Rauener Berge” with its vast pinewoods provides Bad Saarow with its oxygen-rich, clear air.
The mild climate and high number of hours of sunshine make this spa resort one of Germany’s prime vacation destinations.
It is a place to relax, to enjoy a light breeze during a cruise across the glittering Scharmützelsee - also called
„Märkisches Meer“.
Bad Saarow is good for you! Lavish parks and country style villas reveal the charm of a past era.

Already during the "golden twenties",
the spa hotel Viktoria
was a popular location for spending a few relaxing days. Spa patients particularly liked its dance matinees as well as its offerings of coffee and cakes.
The marvelous view of the Scharmützelsee and the “Viktoria-Luise Park” was particularly impressive from the balconies on the upper floor as well as from the restaurant and the garden terrace – both for the day tripper as well as the overnight guest.
After the war, the building was used as a spa resort by soviet troops until 1992.

1999 the Residenz Victoria am See
